We supply a full range of bare overhead conductors manufactured to IEC 61089, ASTM B232, BS EN 50182, and GB/T 1179 standards. Our conductors are widely used in 35kV to 500kV transmission lines across global markets.

All conductors feature high-purity aluminum wires with excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. ACSR variants use high-strength galvanized steel cores for superior mechanical loading capacity.

Carbon Fiber Composite Core Conductor (JRLX/T)

Our flagship JRLX/T carbon fiber composite core conductor delivers twice the ampacity of conventional ACSR with significantly reduced thermal sag. The trapezoidal aluminum wires surrounding the CFRP core maximize aluminum cross-section for optimal conductivity.

With operating temperatures up to 180C and tensile strength exceeding 2400 MPa, this conductor is ideal for grid reconductoring projects where existing tower structures limit upgrades. Successfully deployed on UHV projects including 1000kV AC lines.

Our transmission hardware is forged from high-strength steel or cast aluminum alloy with hot-dip galvanizing per ISO 1461, ensuring 30+ years of corrosion protection in harsh environments. All products are tested to IEC 61284 and GB/T 2314 standards.

We provide complete hardware assemblies for suspension and tension towers including UHV projects up to 1100kV DC and 1000kV AC. Products have been supplied to State Grid and China Southern Power Grid projects since 2008.

Our carbon fiber composite core rods are manufactured by pultrusion using high-modulus carbon fibers and high-temperature resistant resin matrices. The resulting core offers exceptional tensile strength-to-weight ratio with near-zero thermal expansion.

With an annual production capacity of 50,000 km of core rods, we supply the world's leading conductor manufacturers. Our CFRP cores have been deployed on over 100 transmission lines globally, including the world's first 1000kV AC carbon fiber conductor project.

JRLX/T Carbon Fiber Composite Core Conductor

The JRLX/T conductor integrates our CFRP core with trapezoidal hard-drawn aluminum wires to create a high-performance conductor with double the current-carrying capacity of equivalent-sized ACSR. Its low weight and high strength allow longer spans and reduced tower counts.

This conductor is the optimal solution for congested transmission corridors where line upgrading is required without structural modification to existing towers. We provide full technical support including sag-tension calculations, installation training, and on-site supervision.
