The QDHMY-L10T is the heart of our pultrusion line, integrating resin bath impregnation, heated mold curing, dual-track traction drive, and online tension monitoring. Its dual-line design simultaneously produces 2 core rods, delivering stable traction force and precise speed control that directly determines core rod forming quality and production efficiency.
Equipped with Siemens S7-1200 PLC and 12-inch HMI touchscreen, all process parameters — speed, temperature by zone, traction force, and tension — are displayed and controlled in real time. PROFINET and OPC UA interfaces enable seamless integration with client MES systems.

The creel system is the front-end core unit of our pultrusion line, providing uniform, stable-tension fiber bundles and optical fiber delivery to ensure consistency and stability in core rod forming.
The QDHMY-78x78 creel features a 3-layer layout with 78-position independent tension control for both carbon fiber and glass fiber. Each spindle has spring + brake band tension control with digital display. The QDHMY-OF6x2 optical fiber payoff operates with a fully independent tension control system, ensuring fiber integrity throughout the forming process.
Precision-machined molds and complete process documentation for stable production
Our curing molds are precision-machined from specialized heat-resistant alloy steel, designed to work seamlessly with the QDHMY-L10T pultrusion machine. The molds cure the resin-impregnated fiber bundle at controlled temperatures, ensuring precise dimensional accuracy, roundness, and mechanical properties of the finished core rods.
Each production line includes 2 mold sets in different specifications to produce multiple core rod diameters. The process package (QDHMY-PP02) provides complete installation & commissioning procedures, production parameter standards, raw material specifications, operation & maintenance manuals, and safety protocols.

The QDHMY-1940 is the end-stage coiling unit of our pultrusion line, designed for automatic traverse winding and constant-tension coiling of continuous core rods after pultrusion forming. It synchronizes with the main traction speed in real time, delivering neatly arranged, damage-free coiling ready for transport and downstream use.
Featuring servo-driven precision traverse with Siemens or Panasonic servos, hydraulic spool lifting, and PROFINET communication with the main PLC for seamless production data integration. The built-in 500lx inspection lamp enables real-time quality monitoring of the finished product surface.
