RIP Bushing Structure

Resin Impregnated Paper (RIP) bushings use crepe paper and aluminum foil electrodes as main insulation, forming a capacitor core cured after impregnation with epoxy resin. The external insulation adopts porcelain or composite insulator, achieving pollution class III and IV. The design is completely dry — no insulating oil or SF6 gas above the mounting flange.
