Part 1, Basic Consensus on the second-hand shoes and detail clients request

Part 2, Whole Process Quality Control in Sorting Factory 


2.1, Srtict Standard on  Primary Mixed Second-Hand Shoes Purchase.


2.2,  System training for the sorting workers and quality inspection workers on the client           order request.


2.3,  Only using  the experienced wokers to do sorting and packing for orders.


2.4,  Only using  the experienced quality inspection workers with at least 3 years experiences in doing quality control. 


2.5, Srticly adopting the requested package and loading details request.

Part 3, Whole Process Quality Control for External Inspection Part


3.1. Clients do random inspection with 5% of total bags quantity before loading by on-line video or arranging the inspector.


3.2,  Clients do confirmation on the actual loading quantity demanded before delivery.


3.3,  Clients do the random inspection with 5% of total bags quanity after arrival by on-site inspection with the joining of supplier's service manager with the records by videos.


3.4,  Clients mark the bags number and percent in the problem bags as the videos recording

to deduct the fees for the existed problems for second-hand shoes if had. 


                        Part 4, Core Points of Whole Process Quality Control 


4.1 Both sides use the bag number do the quality track and quality feedback  joinpoint.


4.2,  Quality problem cases and matched obligations undertoken.


4.3,  Sorting factory do daily video records for main process and Clients do dailysupports and confirmaiton on the uncertain types of second-hand shoes and problems  in the inner quality control process.


4.4,   Creating a service group for prompt confirmation for any kind of questions or problems.
